Martin Klapper and Davey Williams met and collaborated in Europe over a decade ago.

Their music is a collage of sound and noise derived from mostly untraditional sources such as crude electronics, mechanical toys/instruments, gadgets and home-built instruments.

 

Martin Klapper, born in the Czech Republic and now residing in Denmark, is a composer, musician, filmaker and visual artist. Since 1981 he has been active in the field of experimental music and multimedial performance/actions in Europe, Australia and New York. He started performing and organizing as part of the Czech underground experimental scene during the Communist regime where this music was considered idiologically subversive.

Guitarist Davey Williams has performed on some 50 cds He has been a professional musician for over thirty years, and is among the most famous musicians that nobody has ever heard of. He is known primarily for his inability to distinguish music from noise.
